Over the past 30 years, obesity rates have doubled among children and tripled among adolescents. In addition, the amount of physical activity in schools has drastically decreased. Playing outside isn’t what it used to be either… When I was growing up, we would ride our bikes everywhere and be out playing until the street lights came on. The world isn’t like that anymore.

Now, it’s more important than ever, that we find way to help kids stay active! We have classes and programs that offer skills and age-appropriate exercise programs to improve overall health and instill the value of physical activity at an early age. We also have classes for kids that are interested in sport specific training programs. My daughter plays volleyball and I work with her and some of her teammates. I personally played ice hockey growing up, but we can work with any sports.
