  • Group Strength Circuit – full body resistance training workout
  • ALT Group Strength – a remix to the normal strength workout of the week
  • Kids Workout – Boys & Girls 4th – 8th Grade
  • Older Adults Workout – a slightly slower paced strength workout, jamming to oldies
  • Bootcamp – as intense as you want it to be, traditional and non traditional equipment used
  • Core & Conditioning – HIIT style workout that integrates ab exercises with athletic drills and cardio
  • Endurance Challenge – EMOM and LADDERS – higher reps and lower weights
  • Booty Builder – Glute focused workout
  • TRX Training – We only use the TRX straps in this full body workout
  • Seminar Series – Talks on different topics that pertain to health & wellness
  • Cardio Circuit – a circuit style workout that’s built to get your height rate up
  • Athletic Stretch – a yoga type class based on stretching
