Serving, blocking,hitting and passing require upper body strength. A strong core is paramount for delivering more power as well as explosive energy. The legs also generate power and are used for positioning and jumping.

Common volleyball injuries include the Wrist, knee, ankle, and rotator cuff. Injury prevention is key and thats a huge benefit of our program.

We will work with you to create the perfect workout for your individual or team.

The workout may consist of the following elements:

  1. Dynamic Warm Up – mobility and flexibility
  2. Strength Training
  3. *(Loaded) Movement Training – sport specific
  4. Athletic conditioning – agility core strength and stamina
  5. Cool Down and static stretching
