Back 2 School Consistency Challenge
As the summer comes to a close, it can be hard to get back on track towards your fitness
goals. This is the perfect time to re-evaluate and lean on our community for
support and little healthy competition. Challenge yourself to prioritize the time required to accomplish your self-improvement goals! So let’s turn up the heat with TCF!
WHAT: This is a 4 week challenge that encourages you to increase your weekly physical activity and stay consistent while doing so.
WHEN: The challenge kicks off on Sunday Sept 1st with a Labor Day bootcamp and there will be a Labor Day Monday workout too. So no excuses!
WHERE: The workouts are to be done here at Training Camp, at home or at any other gym. We just ask that you are working out with us once a week at minimum. (For the workouts completed outside of TCF, we will ask some some form of evidence proving you did the workout, such as some video clips or a health summary on your smart phone/watch)
HOW: Decide whether you can devote 3, 4, or 5 days to strength training per week and sign up accordingly. One additional workout is also required. This could consist of a long walk/hike, yoga, or a sporting activity.
WHY: Consistency is one of the single most important factors of meeting your goals. Over the summer, many of us haven fallen off. This challenge is meant to help us get back on track and implement some healthy and sustainable lifestyle changes at the same time.
COST: We’re asking for a mere $10 entry fee. It’ll be possible to win that back and then some.
WIN: If you successfully complete the 4 week challenge, you will receive $20 worth of TCF bucks to be used for training, classes, or merchandise.
Each week that you successfully complete, you will receive an entry(ies) for a bigger prize to be announced at the end of the month.
- 3 strength workouts / week = 1 entry
- 4 strength workouts / week = 2 entries
- 5 strength workouts / week = 3 entries
