2023 CHALLENGE
The challenge starts April 10th, the day after Easter. For six weeks, you will follow a meal plan and workout consistently.
The challenge ends May 21. The two participants with the best score will be rewarded for their efforts.
- First place will receive 50 TCF credits and ???
- Second place will receive 25 TCF credits and ???
Your score is calculated as:
% body fat lost + (pounds of muscle gains x1.5)
We will use the inBody scale at Training Camp for starting and ending measurements.
To enter, just send me a message and let’s set up a time to get your initial scan done. If you want to be eligible for the prizes, I need your scan no later than April 10.
If you’re not worried about prizes and just want to join along that’s cool too. The real prize is the effort you put in towards becoming a better version of yourself!

**We’re offering a Nutrition Seminar on Wed. April 5th at 5:45pm. We will offer body scan and explain the results, teach you how to use that information to set your macros, how to track your food and we’ll talking about meal plans, meal prepping and recipe ideas.
