VIEW SCHEDULE / SIGN-UP

This class focuses on strength training and incorporates traditional weight-room equipment. There is no “cardio” per say, but you will get your heart rate up for sure.

The class structure consists of 8 timed stations, each with a different emphasis. The exercises selected are based on the following movements/muscles:

▪️Squat▪️Hinge▪️Push ▪️Pull▪️Arms
▪️Core Strength▪️Accessory Work

We work for three rounds:
1️⃣ LEARN (2min work / 30s rest)
2️⃣ IMPROVE (2min work / 30s rest)
3️⃣ GO HARD (1min work / 30s rest)
