On Alternate Days (Tuesday & Wednesdays) we switch things up. Sometimes we will use the exercises from the monthly programming and offer a different format. Other times we dip into our bag of tricks and offer a specialty class:
- Core & Conditioning – HIIT style workout that integrates ab exercises with athletic drills and cardio
- Endurance Challenge – EMOM and LADDERS – higher reps and lower weights
- Booty Builder – Glute focused workout
- TRX Training – We only use the TRX straps in this full body workout
- Seminar Series – Talks on different topics that pertain to health & wellness
- Cardio Circuit – a circuit style workout that’s built to get your height rate up
- Athletic Stretch – a yoga type class based on stretching
It will indicate on the Sign Up if it’s a specialty class.
