We started at ground zero. I could not do 5 sit ups. Nope, not even 5. Now, six months later,
50 at a time no problem. And one of the best things is that I have continued to reduce my fat weight
BUT have gained muscle weight. I am able to go up hills and climb lots of stairs, which I do every
week at church. I avoid the elevator and climb the two fights of stairs on purpose! I really am a
different person after working with Chris for less than a year. I know there is so much more I can
accomplish, with his expertise and encouragement. He has been the guiding light in my journey to
be healthy, not just thin; to be strong, not just thin; to be confident, not just thin; to live a
medication free, yes no meds, not just thin.


I cannot recommend him more highly. I have tried other trainers in the past with very little
satisfaction. Chris’s warm personality and his acceptance of wherever you are is where we start, is
a winning combination. He will give you 100% consistently. He genuinely cares about you and your
health.
